In European cities, people have been living in historically traditional
buildings retaining the things in the past. Those buildings usually have
2 to 4/5 stories forming well balanced and rich street view.
On the other hand, for the people living there in modern way of living,
they have to sacrifice their individual intention to modify their own houses
due to such regulations. In these days, for the purpose of making more
efficient use of existing buildings, not significantly changing the exterior
view, people often modify a room in an attic located at the highest level
at gabled section of their building. New type Air-conditioning Apparatus
applicable to such modified room are required, being with due consideration
to an appearance of the building and to an available location to install
such unit as well.
To meet such needs, Sakura Corporation have developed one compact all-in-one
Roof-top A/C unit, Model SRT-30RA. The unit is only 270mm high to affect
nothing on an appearance of those traditional buildings in old towns.
In spite of such compact design, the unit has 3Kw Cooling Capacity, quiet
operation and, needless to say but, run by R-410A EU environment protection
refrigeration.
Major features of this new system are:
- Height of main body to be put on roof-top is only 270 mm
