Dear Sakura Distributors, Business Partners
Seasonal Greetings toward
year-end
We have a
pleasure of sending this message toward the end of the year, first with a
greeting : How the current business year is winding up at your side under a
severer global economic circumstances ?
No matter how you have managed so far, it
is sure to us all that the global economic climate is still severely worsening
so that each of advanced nations, and developing ones as well, are much anxious
about taking any measures for breaking away from such stagnation of the economy.
It was also true for us, SAKURA, that the year was a process of trial and error
how to develop overall business activities satisfactory toward mutual success
with you, Sakura Distributors, to assure bright prosperity toward
future.
As of the end of year 2012, we, SAKURA,
have established the Authorized Distributor in 25 countries while, besides that,
we have more than 50 business partners in some 30 countries and areas in global
basis.
Ambition in next
year
1) Increase the
number of Authorized Distributors to be established in up to 40 countries within
2013 to consolidate SAKURA global business
strategy.
2) Product
development shall be further enriched toward a range of specific
Air-Conditioning products further from current general Domestic/Residential
units to meet various market needs.
3) New product
development under a basic concept of Ecology and Energy-saving while keeping
higher performance and price competitiveness in the market
place.
Closer communication
of proposal
We, Sakura, have continuously been in a position to keep closer and trusting
relationship with you all, under a business motto of
"customer first" , by honestly raising proposal from our end
and exchange views to overcome any difficulty confronted us suddenly from
time to time so far. Under the current tight economic environment, however,
any unexpected problems and/or inconveniences shall
inevitably come up to our regret.
We, Sakura, are more than happy if you
will direct such problems/inconveniences, if any, immediately without any
hesitation so that we may find mutually satisfactory best solution through our
honest discussion.
Sales target
volume/plan in 2013
We, Sakura, have been collecting sales
target volume from all and each authorized Distributors, and the business
partners as well, year by year so far. Sorry to bother you but please fill-in
your targeted sales volume, or planned value, in year 2013, most preferably by
monthly break-down, to the attached file to kindly e-mail back to us by end of
December, 2012.
By your such
cooperation, we, Sakura, will extend possible full support through our mutual
further exchange of thought and plan to accomplish such plan for the benefit of
yours, as well as us.
Notice: Year end –New Year office close
at Sakura
Final working day of the year at
Sakura is Friday, December 28, 2012 to re-start full operation on Friday,
January 04, 2013.
In other words, our office will be fully
closed during Saturday, December 29, 2012 to Thursday, Januray 03, 2013 (both
inclusive).
Taking this opportunity of writing to
you, we very much appreciate your cooperation being extended during the past
year and hope you will do the same in coming year, 2013.
