   Sakura Announce business collaboration with Tedom, an European leading
   Co-generation unit manufacturer, in Czech Republic

Currently, Sakura Corporation and TEDOM, have reached to an agreement to collaborate sales and promotion of CHP (Combined Heating & Power) system and GHP (Gas-engine Heated Pump) Especially in Asian markets.

The Co-generation system has been widely applying in European countries since long. Recently cogeneration system is adopting in Australia, Turkey and Even in China. Under close cooperation with mother company TEDOM we sakura promote in East Asia, Middle East and south Asian Countries.

CO-GENERATION
Co-generation, or combined Heat and Power production, is one of the most efficient and ecological Power Generation system, while utilizing available natural gases, Biogas, LPG, etc. Co-generation significantly reduces CO2 emissions compared to the other power production system.
Power generated by a CHP is an individual system so that it can be used for consumption within the building like hotels, hospitals or it can be supplied to the outside networks. It is being an individual plant it can be considered as an alternative source during Emergency Power supply. During generating power by CHP, it also generates hot water above 80 degree which can be utilized by absorption chiller. Absorption chillers deliver chilled water for cooling solution. This is called trigenration. Hence Sakura Corporation will offer our customers a complete system solution.

SAKURA CHP Units
The units are delivered:
1. In a compact block version with Sound Enclosure designed for inside installation. The key advantages of this configuration are speed and easy installation along with low noise level. This is the most popular version of Sakura CHP units.
2. In a version without Sound Enclosure designed for installations where an enclosed engine room is available.
3. In a Container being designed for external installation outside of the residential or industrial buildings. This arrangement provides easy installation, and resistance to affection by outside air.

Our CHP units are equipped with On-line Remote Monitoring software so that all the operation can be monitor by our expert. Due to all conditions can observed by our technical teams we can provide spot technical assistance and service help to save time and maintenance cost.

Gas Heat Pump
SAKURA Polo 100, Gas Heat Pump unit, represents a new items in company’s product portfolio. This equipment is designed for highly efficient combination of generating cooling and heating respectively. Thus, the Gas Heat Pump will be useful wherever any supply of Cooling and Heating required. Especially in:
- Office building
- Shopping malls, hotels
- Hospitals, Schools
- Winter stadiums, Swimming pools
- Food-processing plants
- Industrial plants, Boiler rooms

Even though the energy requirements in buildings per above mentioned are relatively different (air-conditioning, freezing of foods, air drying, maintenance of constant water temperature in swimming pools and so on), the GHP unit can be used for all of these applications thanks to its unique design to allow using various types of refrigerant with different properties. These are, for example, R507, R134A, R407 and so on.

The GHP could be used also in places with poor power grid capacity that may cause failure during peak loads by electric chillers.

The Gas Heat Pump can also be used in those Industrial Boiler Rooms, where the source of cold is not primarily required, but in any case, large amount of Waste Heat exists in the place. In such a case, GHP is operated in highly efficient Heat Pump mode, as it can be used such Exhaust Heat from the Gas Boiler which normally goes up into the air through the chimney.

By significantly reducing CO2 emission, GHP is surely an Ecological equipment applicable to Natural Gas, or LPG.
