An Agreement reached between SAKURA and SINKO to capture
overseas market

Recently, SAKURA Corporation and SINKO Industries Ltd., a Japanese leading comprehensive manufacturer of Air-conditioning equipments, have reached an agreement to capture overseas market of high quality AHU and FCU by taking an advantage of those products of SINKO produced to be distributed through the existing global distribution networks of SAKURA.
SINKO Industries Ltd. has a history of over 60 years as the very first and specialized Japanese manufacturer of those FCUs for Commercial buildings, Factories and so on, to represent our country since its establishment in 1950.
Since 2005, SAKURA Corporation has expanded its global distribution routes to establish those distributors of SAKURA brand Air-conditioning equipments in 22 countries and now plans to increase such numbers to more than 40 within the year 2013.
Through such closer collaboration with SINKO, SAKURA is committed to concentrate its marketing effort on those developing markets of Asia, Middle and Near East, previous CIS, East Europe, Africa, Central/South America from now on.
SAKURA will, then, put priority especially to following 5 countries, under such circumstance, such as Russia, Iraq, Turkey, Bangladesh and Myanmar.
Basically, SINKO brand shall continuously be used to expand sales of AHU and FCU units being produced by SINKO to those SAKURA distributors of SAKURA air conditioning units in each country to utilize the best of the existing high rate recognition and high achievement of SINKO brand in such respective market place.
